Professional Credibility
Founded on the principles of infrastructure-level precision and institutional discipline, my journey began in large-scale public infrastructure, delivering complex projects for New York City’s most critical agencies, including the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, New York City Transit, and many other agencies on major airport, transit, and infrastructure programs that define our city’s landscape.
I later completed my MBA at NYU Stern School of Business, and went on to lead owner-side asset management and capital execution for institutional real estate investors across large industrial and multifamily portfolios in North America, Europe, and Asia.
By operating the intersection of complex public-sector infrastructure, private equity real estate, and high-stakes institutional finance, I recognized a fundamental gap in how property transactions are structured — fragmented, opaque, and overly dependent on intermediaries.
Bread Field Holdings was founded to operate at institutional standards of rigor and discipline, and Bread Field One is being built as a broker-free real estate marketplace designed to bring infrastructure-grade rigor, institutional-grade execution, transparency, optimized fee structure, and direct market access to modern real estate investing.
